Do you guarantee that you will get us refunded on our timeshare?

Does your company offer financing?
Yes we do! We currently offer 6 months at 0% interest to all of our eligible customers.
If we make payments to you, how do we pay?
We have an online payment portal and instructions will be sent with your welcome packet.
Can we stop making payments of our timeshare?
We get the question "can we stop making payments of our timeshare?" That is a completely personal decision that you must decide without our input. We understand that often our clients are in a bind financially from their high-interest timeshare loan payments, yet stopping payments can have consequences nonetheless. Ultimately you and your family must make the choice on what's the best option for your situation.
Does your company ever get money back that your clients spent on their timeshare?
Yes we do! We pride ourselves on assisting owners who have been lied to or misrepresented fight to get their money back. It isn't a guarantee for our service, but if you feel like you've been lied to or misrepresented then please let us hear about it so we can give you an accurate assessment on what your options are.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, money orders, and certified checks.

Can I stop making payments on my timeshare if I hire you?
We do not recommend that you ever stop making payments to your timeshare developer. If you want to hire us for the Timeshare Exit Service - your account must current with all maintenance paid and no encumbrances on your property.
We have no money and can't afford our timeshare, let alone pay you - how can we still do this?
Our firm is committed to helping those in need. We have provided our services before for $1 and are committed to truly helping people that cannot pay us. If you are in dire straights, let us know because we want to help you and will take one case per month without being compensated.
What happens if we are late on our payments with you?
Life happens, we get it. Please let us know within the first 5 days after you've missed your payment so we can work out a new payment arrangement.
I can't find the payment link online, where do I go?
Your Welcome Packet is sent within 72 hours of hiring us and completing your paperwork. We send out your packet through United States Postal Service - Priority Mail which arrives in 3-5 business days from the date it is sent. Also, included is a return, pre-paid envelope, for your needed Timeshare Exit documents. Please know that you may submit some of the documents electronically through our website.
When will our Case Manager reach out to us?
Within the first 72 hours after your signing the Service Agreement.
Will we keep working with same Case Manager?
Yes - once assigned a Case Manager that same person will be with you from start to finish.
