Use this page as a routing layer for active clients. We retired the old Help Center and replaced it with direct links to the current support paths.

Read this first

  • The old Help Center is retired. We are not preserving old article instructions because they were outdated.
  • Use the portal for file-specific actions and records.
  • If you need a person, use the existing-client line or email support.
  • If the issue is impersonation or scam outreach, use the scam-alerts page instead of this support page.

If you already have an active file, start with portal access. If you need a human answer, use the existing-client line or email support.

Getting Started

Start with onboarding, not old instructions.

  • Use the welcome email or portal sign-in to start onboarding.
  • Complete onboarding early so your case file starts with current information.
  • If something in your account details is wrong, fix it in the portal before you submit.

Billing

Use the current billing tools.

  • Use the billing area to review invoices, saved cards, and payment status.
  • If you need a payment-date change or account exception, contact support directly.
  • For anything tied to an active file, keep the conversation attached to your client record.

Documents

Upload documents through the portal.

  • Upload documents through the portal, not through scattered email threads when the portal is available.
  • Use clear, legible PDFs whenever possible.
  • Look for the upload confirmation before leaving the page.

Case Guidance

We do not preserve standing case advice here.

Old Help Center guidance can become wrong as workflows, portal features, and your file status change. If you need direction on your active case, use the portal or speak with support so the answer is tied to the current record.
